‌Ikambiso Yokwelapha Ukutjhisa Kwe-WCB Castings

I-WCB, into yokuphosa insimbi yekhabhoni ehambisana ne-ASTM A216 Grade WCB, yenza ikambiso yokutjhisa ejwayelekileko ukufikelela izakhiwo ezitlhogekako zomtjhini, ukuzinza kwemilinganiso, nokujamelana nokugandeleleka komtjhiso. Ngenzasi kuneenhlathululo ezineenkcukacha zokusebenza kokutjhisa okujayelekileko kwe-WCBYD7A1X-16 I-Valve ye-Butterflyukulahla:

 


 

1. Ukufuthumeza ngaphambilini

  • Umnqopho‌: Ukunciphisa ukutjhisa okutjhisako nokukhandela ukuqhekeka ngesikhathi sokuphathwa kwamazinga aphezulu womtjhiso olandelako.
  • Ikambiso‌: Iinthombe zifuthunyelwa kancanikancani esithandweni esilawulwako ukuya emazingeni womtjhiso we- ‌300–400°C (572–752°F)‌.
  • Amapharamitha aqakathekileko‌: Izinga lokufuthumala ligcinwa ku- ‌50–100°C/awa (90–180°F/awa)‌ ukuqinisekisa ukusabalala okufanako kwamazinga womtjhiso.

 


 

2. Ukuzwakala (ukwenza kube yinto ejayelekileko)

  • Umnqopho‌: Ukwenza isakhiwo esincani sibe yinto efanako, ukucwengisisa ubukhulu beenthoro, nokuncibilikisa ama-carbides.
  • Ikambiso‌:
  • Ukuphoswa kufuthunyelwa ukuya emazingeni womtjhiso we-austenitizing we-‌890–940°C (1634–1724°F)‌.
  • Ibanjwe ngalezinga lokutjhisa ‌1-2 ama-awa nge-25 mm (1 intshi) yobukhulu besigaba‌ ukuqinisekisa ukutjhuguluka kwesigaba okupheleleko.
  • Ipholiswe emoyeni othulileko (okujayelekileko) ukuya emazingeni womtjhiso wegumbi.

 


 

3. Ukuthukuthela

  • Umnqopho‌: Ukuqeda ukugandeleleka okuseleko, ukwenza ngcono ukuqina, nokuqinisa isakhiwo esincani.
  • Ikambiso‌:
  • Ngemva kokwenza bona kube yinto ejayelekileko, ukuphoswa kufuthunyelwa godu ukuya emazingeni womtjhiso we- ‌590–720°C (1094–1328°F)‌.
  • Ifakwe ngalezinga lokutjhisa ‌1-2 ama-awa nge-25 mm (1 intshi) yobukhulu‌.
  • Ipholiswe emoyeni nofana ipholiswe ngezinga elilawulwako ukukhandela ukwakheka kokugandeleleka okutjha.

 


 

4. Ukuhlolwa ngemva kokwelatjhwa

  • Umnqopho‌: Ukuqinisekisa ukuthobela amazinga we-ASTM A216.
  • Ikambiso‌:
  • Ukuhlolwa kwemitjhini (isib., amandla wokudonsa, amandla wokukhiqiza, ubudisi).
  • Ukuhlaziywa kwesakhiwo esincani ukuqinisekisa ukufana nokungabi khona kwamaphutha.
  • Ukuhlolwa kobukhulu ukuqinisekisa ukuzinza ngemva kokwelatjhwa ngokutjhisa.

 


 

Amagadango ongakhetha kiwo (akhethekileko)

  • Ukuqeda ukugandeleleka‌: Emajometri ahlangahlangeneko, umjikelezo ongeziweko wokuqeda ukugandeleleka ungenziwa ku- ‌600–650°C (1112–1202°F)‌ ukuqeda ukugandeleleka okuseleko okuvela ekusetjenzisweni kwemitjhini nofana ekuweldeni.
  • Ukupholisa okulawulwako‌: Ekuphoseni okuqinileko, amazinga wokupholisa abuthakathaka (isib., ukupholisa nge-furnace) angasetjenziswa ngesikhathi sokufuthumala ukuthuthukisa ukuthamba.

 


 

Okuqakathekileko

  • Umkhathi we-Furnace: Umkhathi ongathathi ihlangothi nofana ono-oksijini kancani ukukhandela ukususwa kwekhabhoni.
  • Ukufana kwamazinga womtjhiso‌: ±10°C ukubekezelela ukuqinisekisa imiphumela engaguqukiko.
  • Imitlolo‌: Ukulandeleleka okuzeleko kwamapharamitha wokutjhisa (isikhathi, izinga lokutjhisa, amazinga wokupholisa) ukuqinisekisa ikhwalithi.

 


 

Ikambiso le iqinisekisa bonaI-TWS ivalvu ye-butterfly ehlanganisiwekoumzimbaD341B1X-16ku-WCB ukuphosa kuhlangabezana neemfuneko ze-ASTM A216 zokuqina kokuqina (≥485 MPa), amandla wokukhiqiza (≥250 MPa), kanye nobude (≥22%), okwenza bona zilungele ukusetjenziswa emazingeni womtjhiso aphezulu kanye nokugandeleleka emavalvini, emapompini, kanye neenhlelweni zamapayipi.
